Jobing Description Description Working as a Sales Executive 1, you will implement solution-based sales strategies that uncover new business opportunities and manage account growth within the AT&T Premier Client Group. You will be responsible for generating new business, account penetration, account retention and account growth within a geographic territory and a defined set of Premier accounts. Additional Responsibilities: * Develop new business within an assigned account base * Sell complex voice and data solutions to existing customers and prospects across multiple locations * Identify data needs through thorough understanding of customer business operations and effectively develop comprehensive data and voice solutions to meet the needs of the client * Utilize solution selling techniques and effective sales approaches * Plan and manage assigned accounts to maximize potential * Drive business to most cost effective fulfillment channel and maximize most cost-effective channel options for sales fulfillment * Prepare and present professional corporate business proposals and executive presentations * Obtain and exceed desired results in account growth, data penetration and revenue targets * Build and foster meaningful business relationships * Ensure high quality customer satisfaction and retention * Incorporate all applicable sales stimulation strategies, programs, and other targeting contacts, e.g. cold calling, prospecting, networking, and market knowledge * Submit daily and weekly call reports for prospects and existing account coverage including sales forecast to Sales Manager Qualifications Required Qualifications: # Three or more years of Business-to-Business Sales Experience (B2B) # One or more years of wireless sales experience # Knowledge of AT&T Mobility service offerings, systems and infrastructure # Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills # Successful sales track record # Valid Driver's License Desired Qualifications: * F1000 Account Management Experience * Industry knowledge * Must be able to work with an Account Management Team * Must be flexible of roles and responsibilities on the Account Management Team * Must be able to facilitate conversational and negotiating skills AT&T is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer, and we are committed to hiring a diverse and talented workforce. Jobing Description Description Working as a Store Manager, you will develop and lead a professional retail sales team to ensure achievement of store/kiosk revenue targets, operational goals and 100% customer satisfaction. You will supervise the overall daily operation of a store including hiring, discipline, and scheduling of employees to ensure cost effective and quality Store Operations. Additional Responsibilities: * Ensure customer satisfaction * Maintain inventories at adequate levels, promote sales, and maintain the appearance of the store * Complete accounting and paperwork associated with cash receipts and prices and conduct physical inventories * Meet assigned sales performance and profitability criteria * Set appropriate individual performance standards for the store/kiosk in line with national standards * Develop, implement and monitor a store prospecting plan to increase sales * Facilitate and participate in weekly staff training/educational sessions to increase knowledge, create high levels of motivation, and inspire team to achieve results * Establish and monitor store/kiosk work schedules and staffing issues to effectively manage payroll expenses * Exhibit a high level of leadership presence within all aspects of the business and other internal departments * Effectively manage profit and loss responsibility for store/kiosks and protect company assets * Analyze various business reports for trend analysis and strategic planning purposes * Effectively manage a team of retail store employees, including coaching, administering discipline, etc. You will be responsible for all functions of the retail store/kiosk to include sales, customer service, inventory, and technical troubleshooting. You will maintain internal visual merchandising and in-store displays and ensure store appearance meets company standards at all times. You will analyze transactions to continuously find methods to simplify procedures, improve processes, and maximize resources.
