Move over Carey Mulligan. We saw Mario Lopez first!

 

Unfortunately for us, 25-year-old Carey Mulligan has muscled in on our age-old crush by admitting that she too, has secretly been in love with Mario Lopez since his A.C. Slater Saved By The Bell days...

 

"I'm always thrilled when I see him [Mario]. He hosts a show, and every time, all the way through awards season, every time we did a red carpet and I saw A.C. Slater, I was like a complete disaster," Carey recently admitted. "I went bright red ... and they make you stand really close to these people - uncomfortably close - and because of the camera angles, I was always within sort of kissing distance. "Every one of my dreams has come true this year, including that."

 

Indeed it has, what with scooping more awards than you have fingers, dating Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps co-star Shia LeBeouf (hrrrumpf...) and even more recently, picking up Harper's Bazaar's Best Dressed Woman Of The Year award too.

 

Life it seems is good for Carey Mulligan. So back off sister, you might have split up with Shia, and you might claim to have seen him first - on LA's Muscle Beach when you were 11-years-old - but Mario Lopez is our crush y'hear. Although, we'll happily swap you Mario Lopez for Shia LeBeouf.
